TovCore 基督教歌评（tovcore.com）给敬拜诗歌评级：神学性由 TovCore 评鉴模型按公开的评分标准评出，其它几项由用户评。评级是参考意见，不是对任何作者、教会或宗派的判决，也不推荐唱或不唱哪首歌。
TovCore Christian Song Reviews (tovcore.com) rates worship songs. Theology ratings come from the TovCore review model following a public standard; the other ratings come from users. Ratings are opinions for reference — not a verdict on any author, church or denomination, and not a recommendation to sing or avoid any song.

2. 账号2. Your account
收藏、歌单不登录也能用（只存在你的浏览器里）。发布歌词、提出异议、投票、提交诗歌需要登录。你的账号名字会显示在你公开发布的内容旁边。请保管好你的登录方式，用你账号做的事由你负责。
Saving songs and playlists work without signing in (kept in your browser only). Posting lyrics, objecting, voting and submitting songs require signing in. Your account name is shown next to what you post publicly. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
3. 你发布的内容3. What you post
你在本站发布的歌词、翻译、改编、异议、提交的诗歌资料等（以下叫「你的内容」），责任在你自己。发布前请确认：
You are responsible for the lyrics, translations, adaptations, objections, song submissions and anything else you post (“your content”). Before posting, make sure that:
- 你有权发布这些内容：是你自己写的、已经进入公有领域的，或者你得到了版权方许可；you have the right to post it — you wrote it, it is in the public domain, or the rights holder has permitted it;
- 翻译和改编受原作版权约束，原作有版权时，发布前需要原作版权方同意；translations and adaptations are subject to the original work’s copyright; if the original is under copyright, you need the rights holder’s permission;
- 内容和这首歌有关，不是广告、垃圾信息、人身攻击或违法内容。it relates to the song and is not advertising, spam, personal attack or unlawful.
你保留你内容的权利，同时授权 TovCore 免费在本站及本站的 App 里展示、保存、排版和转发链接，直到你删掉它或我们按本条款撤下它。你可以随时修改或删除自己发布的歌词。
You keep your rights in your content, and you grant TovCore a free licence to display, store, format and link to it on this site and its apps until you delete it or we remove it under these terms. You can edit or delete lyrics you posted at any time.
本站不事先审核用户内容，发布后马上公开。大家可以对内容投「支持 / 不支持」，被多人举报的内容会折叠显示。
We don’t review user content before it goes live; it appears immediately. Others can vote “support / don’t support”, and content reported by several people is collapsed.
4. 本站自己的内容4. Our own content
评鉴文字、评分标准、网站设计归 TovCore 所有。评鉴里引用的歌词只是很短的片段，用于评论。本站自己不刊登有版权的歌词全文；歌曲页的歌词全文都是用户发布的。本站非商业，所有功能免费，不收费、不放广告；站内音乐仅供试听，版权归原作者和出版方；如有版权问题，请按下面第 5 条反馈，我们会下架。
Review text, the rating standard and site design belong to TovCore. Reviews quote only short lyric fragments for commentary. We don’t publish copyrighted lyrics in full ourselves; full lyrics on song pages are posted by users. This site is non-commercial and free — no fees, no ads; music on this site is for preview only, and all rights belong to the original creators and publishers; if you have a copyright concern, contact us as described in section 5 and we will take it down.
5. 版权投诉与下架5. Copyright complaints and takedowns
如果你是版权方（或代表版权方），认为本站某处内容侵犯了你的版权，请写信到 [email protected]，信里写明：
If you own a copyright (or act for the owner) and believe content on this site infringes it, email [email protected] with:
- 被侵权的作品（歌名、作者、出版方）；the work you say is infringed (title, author, publisher);
- 侵权内容在本站的网址（歌曲页链接，并说明是哪一份歌词）；where the content is on our site (the song page link, and which version of the lyrics);
- 你的姓名、联系方式，以及你和版权的关系；your name, contact details and your relationship to the copyright;
- 一句声明：你真诚地相信这一使用没有得到版权方、其代理人或法律的许可，信中内容属实，你有权代表版权方。a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law, that the information is accurate, and that you are authorised to act for the owner;
- 你的签名（打字签名即可）。your signature (a typed name is fine).
收到完整的通知后，我们会在 24 小时内撤下相关内容，并通知发布它的用户。发布者认为是误撤的，可以回信说明理由（反通知）；版权方在 10 个工作日内没有提起诉讼的，我们可以恢复内容。版权方也可以要求某个作者 / 出版方的作品在本站只显示摘录或只放链接。
Once we receive a complete notice, we remove the content within 24 hours and tell the user who posted it. If the poster believes it was removed by mistake, they may reply with a counter-notice; if the rights holder does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore it. A rights holder may also ask that its works appear on this site only as excerpts or links.
6. 屡次侵权和滥用6. Repeat infringers and abuse
同一账号被确认侵权三次，或持续发布垃圾、攻击内容的，我们会停用该账号并删除它发布的内容。
Accounts found to infringe three times, or that keep posting spam or abuse, will be suspended and their content removed.
